The spacious, open-plan living room has reclining furniture, an electric fire and a large Smart TV.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar has all you need for your self-catering stay.

Hallway

The hallway is equipped with a desk if you need a working space.

Garden

The private garden has lower and upper seating areas which are ideal to relax.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom has a double TV bed, wardrobe and great views.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a wardrobe and a shared bedside table.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and vanity unit.

  Our family of 5 stayed here for the weekend for the Great North Run. The house was cosy, warm and clean and was perfect for our stay. Loved the little extra treats from Owen! Big bonus was the tv in the bed! Good location to visit other areas close by. Everything has been thought out such as plenty of towels and toiletries, even a nightlight in the small room! Would recommend, thanks Owen.

  A great place to stay, if Air B&Bs had stars, this would definitely have the full set. Lovely and clean, comfy beds, great shower, super fast broadband and large TV which the kids really enjoyed! Plenty of parking and the local shop was just a short walk away. Great location to explore the area. Our hosts, Owen and Sharon were very friendly and suggested a few things we could do in the local area during our couple of days here including a trip to 'Glass Beach' at Seaham which was really memorable. A great place for families as lovely and quiet. We will definitely be back!

  Owen is a marvellous host. Great communication and easy check in. Parking in the road was easy and safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower large and hot. Owen left extra treats - some sweets and also fruit in the fridge - and the kitchen is well stocked for self catering. The decor was beautiful - a lot of care has gone into interior design. Towels were brand new and it was spotlessly clean. There was a small shop five minutes' drive away. The lounge was comfortable with electric reclining sofas and chairs. Highly recommended.   Owen's place. Is newly decorated/refurbished.. Spotlessly clean and homely. Fab walk in shower. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Owen was very quick to reply with queries we had and was able to recommend a good bar restaurant in walking distance.. (4 min walk) Also only 20 minutes drive from Seaton Crewe. Fab for a walk along the beach and an ice cream or fish and chips. Although not allocated parking. We had no problem parking outside the house. Would highly recommend this place.
